As part of an innovative, new housing product planned for Albany's mixed-use precinct at Middleton Beach, SHELTERED Media were commissioned to illustrate this townhouse development proposal for a development application submission to the City of Albany.

The evocative coloured concept vision sketch of the development shows the relaxed coastal setting with views down Adelaide Crescent to Middleton Beach.

The unique houses, proposed to be constructed and sold as completed homes ready to occupy, include two separate accommodation areas in two-storey terrace homes.
